Hinshaw stated that the 4th wave is a direct result of her choices, to have an open for summer Alberta, which will now be ultimately responsible for a horrific and deadly 4th wave and increasing number of false positive PCR test cases. Hinshaw has basically admitted &amp; offered a confession to what is described as criminal manslaughter.<\/p>\n<div id=\"goa-grid42559\" class=\"goa-grid-33-33-100 goa-grid--right-stroke\">\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>ALBERTA: Restriction exemption program<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"goa-grid42560\" class=\"goa-grid-66-66-100\">\n<p>Starting September 20, discretionary events and businesses must follow one of these 2 options:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Implement the Restrictions Exemption Program requiring proof of vaccination or negative rapid test result to continue operating as usual, or<\/li>\n<li>Follow capacity and operating restrictions as outlined on the page below<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"goa-accordion-item42563\">\n<div class=\"goa-text expanded\">\n<p>Businesses that implement the Restrictions Exemption Program can operate as usual if they only serve people (ages 12 and over) who have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>proof of vaccination\n<ul>\n<li>single dose accepted between September 20 and October 25 if received 2 weeks before time of service<\/li>\n<li>double doses required after October 25<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>documentation of a medical exemption<\/li>\n<li>proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Businesses do not need to apply for the program.
