He says, \u201cIt is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mrs. Iris Adams. She has been a loyal public servant for over 43 years. She was born on 28 September 1956 and started her nursing career on 1 January 1978. She worked at Karl Bremer Hospital since 01 May 1997.<\/em><\/p>\n

Adams was seen on video in February shortly after getting vaccinated stating that she was feeling fine and encouraging other to take that jab.<\/p>\n
