BC Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry ordered Friday that students across the province in kindergarten through Grade 12, as well as all staff, must wear masks for the remainder of the school year. The previous order mandated only applied to students in Grades 4 to 12. A little further each time, what’s just one more inch
The new order will now make children in kindergarten to Grade 3 to “properly” mask up, including while seated at their desks. Bonnie Henry then admits that COVID remains a mild disease in children,” she says. “But we do not want any child to be ill. We are taking measures to prevent as much illness as we can.” this comes after several youtube videos that henry can be seen explaining how mask don’t work.
September 28, the Vancouver School Board ” Barb Parrott” voted to enforce a masking policy of their own for all students in kindergarten to Grade 3 who presented the motion to begin with & later dismissed the idea that young children are unable to wear face coverings.
“It doesn’t make sense to me to not have a mask mandate,” said Parrott, adding such measures are needed until children can be vaccinated for Covid-19.
