Here are the facts:
✔️If you choose to discriminate against someone based off of medical conditions, race, sex, religion etc or in this case does NOT have an ‘illegal’ V-Pass you are liable for thousands of dollars in fines and courts costs.
✔️ The 𝐁𝐂 𝐆𝐨𝐯’𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐯’𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞in a dispute between a person(s) and business or businesses.
✔️ A business saying they are ‘𝒇𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆’ (which are technically illegal at this point or untested in court) is not a defense or reason to deny.

✔️You the business owner will eventually be fined and pay legal costs including damages under the current Federal Law.
✔️ Again there 𝗡𝗢 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 offered by the government for you. (I encourage you to do your research and seek legal council).
Feel free to contact your BIA, Lawyer or Human Rights commissioner (1-888-214-1090) for your own due diligence.”319700Open Letter “Attn: BC Business Owners.” Some things to think about when it comes to King Horgan & Queen Henry’s new Health Pass.
